Guerlain E-commerce & E-retail Intern, Paris. Support online expansion across Europe with e-business projects—6-month internship beginning January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse key performance indicators on Guerlain.com sites through monthly and weekly reports to establish action and acceleration plans with country teams
- Support the team in defining gifting and sampling strategy, and perform back-office contributions
- Ensure proper execution of e-merchandising and report improvement points and bugs to HQ team
- Accompany markets in traffic acquisition and conversion strategies
- Support the team in sales forecasting and inventory management
- Guide markets in their e-distribution strategy and conduct regular audits of approved sites to enhance brand elevation
- Pilot sell-out acceleration projects in partnership with marketing and commercial teams, including customer journey optimization, retail media, and specific activations
- Support local deployment of 2026 online activation plans through marketing campaign validation
- Manage operational oversight of the Sephora account
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and share best practices
Qualifications
- Master 1 or Master 2 level education
- Graduated from a business school or university
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and relational qualities
- Rigorous, autonomous, and responsive
