Guerlain E-commerce & E-retail Assistant internship in Paris — 6-month role in digital commerce and online retail strategy for European markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze key performance indicators for Guerlain.com through monthly and weekly reporting, developing action and acceleration plans with regional teams
- Support gifting and sampling strategy definition and execute back-office contributions
- Monitor e-merchandising execution and escalate improvement opportunities and technical issues to headquarters
- Guide markets in traffic acquisition and conversion optimization strategies
- Assist in sales forecasting and inventory management planning
- Support market e-distribution strategy and conduct regular audits of authorized retail sites to maintain brand elevation
- Lead sell-out acceleration projects in partnership with marketing and commercial teams, including customer journey optimization, retail media, and targeted activations
- Support local deployment of 2027 animation plans with digital marketing campaign validation
- Manage operational oversight of the key Sephora account
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and share best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree (M1 or M2) in business or related university discipline
- Fluent French and English language proficiency
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Rigorous, autonomous, and responsive work style

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required, though academic projects or coursework in digital commerce, e-business, or retail strategy would be advantageous.
Education
