Guerlain is seeking a full-time E-Business and Digital Intern starting in February 2027 for a minimum five-month internship, supporting the marketing team across e-commerce, e-retail, media and CRM. The role includes maintaining product pages, supporting launches and campaigns, coordinating digital content and assisting with PR and database communications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Update and check Guerlain product pages and launches throughout the year.
- Review translations for new launches.
- Work with Guerlain’s Europe team in Paris on campaigns directing customers to Guerlain.com.
- Follow up on launch plans for new launches.
- Assist with online activations, including banners, newsletters and social media.
- Optimise online visibility and brand image.
- Support PR seeding to influencers and journalists, and prepare reports.
- Assist with media campaigns across digital, out-of-home and Google channels.
- Assist with creating email marketing and postal mailings for the database in the Netherlands.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at HBO or university level.
- Good written and spoken command of Dutch and English.
- Practical knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Accurate working style and attention to detail.
- Analytical, organised, structured and results-oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
- A team player who is helpful and takes initiative.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and dynamic.
