Guerlain E-Business and CRM Intern, Paris | 6-month internship (Jan 2027) supporting e-retail and customer engagement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage new product catalog operations: sourcing and optimizing product content (copy, imagery, video) for e-retail channels
- Monitor weekly and monthly sell-out performance; consolidate and analyze NPD panel data
- Conduct weekly competitive intelligence and e-retailer visibility audits across brand and competitor landscapes
- Execute e-retail promotional operations, including freelance asset management (banners, email campaigns, landing pages) and promotional mechanics (GWP, samples)
- Oversee recurring CRM campaign management for anniversaries and new customer engagement
- Produce CRM newsletters for field teams detailing performance metrics, operational updates, and activation plans
- Support field teams with ad-hoc requests including customer portfolio assignments, client records, and gift programs
- Manage Guerlain&Vous loyalty program gift distribution aligned with boutique and customer service requirements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a top-tier business school or equivalent program at the Master's level (Bac+5)
- Ideally with prior experience in digital project management
- Exceptional organizational and project coordination abilities
- Strong collaborative skills and stakeholder relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive problem-solving orientation with ability to navigate ambiguity

Entry-level; ideal candidate will have completed at least one prior digital or project management internship or equivalent exposure to e-business or CRM functions.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's-level degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent institution.
