Guerlain is seeking an E-Business and CRM Assistant to support the France team across e-retail, CRM and clienteling activities. This on-site, convention-required internship begins in January 2027 and lasts six months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the new-product catalogue, providing the content required to create, optimise and enrich product listings, including copy, images and videos.
- Track weekly and monthly sell-out performance and consolidate and analyse NPD panel data.
- Monitor e-retailer and brand visibility weekly and conduct competitive intelligence.
- Execute e-trade campaigns, managing a freelancer who creates assets such as banners, email campaigns and landing pages, and tracking promotional drivers such as gifts with purchase and samples.
- Coordinate the monthly CRM birthday campaign with external print and mailing providers.
- Manage gifts for the Guerlain & Vous loyalty programme according to the needs of boutiques and Guerlain Customer Service.
- Support boutique teams in using and managing CRM tools by gathering their needs and managing support materials.
- Coordinate customer invitations for promotional campaigns, including drafting agency briefs, overseeing production and managing distribution.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, including recruitment and clienteling results; identify improvement opportunities and communicate results to teams through the weekly retail newsletter.
- Act as the primary contact for clienteling application issues, from reporting incidents through to resolution in coordination with the IT team.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at business school at master's level (Bac+5) or in an equivalent programme.
- Ideally, initial experience in digital project management.
- Organised, versatile, rigorous and open-minded.
- Proactive and able to find solutions to deliver projects while navigating difficulties or unforeseen events.
- Enjoys working with people and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with head office, boutique, field and service-provider contacts.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
