Guerlain seeks Digital Learning Manager for Paris HQ (Dec 2026–Jun 2027). Drive global training strategy, platform governance, and learning innovation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous international intelligence on digital learning trends, innovations, and tools; identify and evaluate solutions aligned with Guerlain's ambitions and recommend new technology partners
- Train, support, and build capability across headquarters-based Education teams and the international network of trainers and Local Admins; foster autonomy in digital tool adoption and innovative pedagogical design; facilitate training sessions, workshops, and communities of practice
- Serve as principal liaison with technology partners and learning solution vendors (including LumApps); oversee functional evolution, technical incident management, continuous improvement initiatives; attend Beauty Tech meetings on relevant topics; monitor budgets and license usage across markets
- Lead functional and ergonomic evolution of the Be Guerlain platform while supporting markets; ensure pedagogical consistency and user experience across training programs; implement new features, learning pathways, and engagement-focused initiatives; manage editorial and pedagogical animation for diverse user communities
- Coordinate international deployment of training content and associated communication strategies with Innovation, Excellence, and Expertise teams; support local market launches; guarantee content quality, accessibility, and consistency across regions and languages; enforce roadmap compliance for priority modules
- Analyze performance and engagement metrics for each digital training program (GoodData); develop and recommend action plans for Education teams and management; deliver quarterly face-to-face training reports
- Define and execute platform engagement strategies tailored to distinct learner populations (retail staff, customer service, spa, headquarters); drive recurring connection rates through targeted campaigns and initiatives
- Foster the global community of trainers and local administrators; disseminate training content, best practices, and strategic guidance; cultivate a shared digital learning culture across the international network
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Digital Learning, Instructional Design, Project Management, Human Resources, or equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing a learning platform and leading international digital projects
- Professional English proficiency required
- Advanced proficiency with LMS/LXP platforms, their administration, and governance
- Strong knowledge of Digital Learning, Blended Learning, instructional design, and learner experience
- Preferred experience with HIJI tools and AI-enabled solutions evaluation and integration
- Strong international project management capabilities and multi-stakeholder coordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop roadmaps, manage vendors, oversee licensing, and control budgets
- Mastery of learning metrics, reporting tools, and data analysis
- Experience in luxury retail or multicultural environments highly valued

Education
