Guerlain seeks a bilingual Digital, CRM & Product Intern in Brussels for January 2027 to support e-commerce, marketing campaigns, and product launches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and update e-commerce product pages on Guerlain.com, particularly during product launches and seasonal campaigns
  • Coordinate digital campaigns with the E-commerce Europe team to ensure proper online deployment
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and monitor key performance indicators to support strategic objectives
  • Support Search campaigns and asset optimization across digital channels
  • Coordinate product launches and manage product information files (PIM) with e-retailers
  • Organize and coordinate promotional activations and visibility initiatives with key e-retailers such as ICI Paris XL, April, Paris 8, and INNO
  • Create and manage digital assets including banners, sliders, folder takeovers, spotlights, and email templates for campaigns and seasonal campaigns
  • Track online deployments and report on retail visibility, identifying opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and positioning
  • Create and send CRM email campaigns to the Guerlain.com Belgium-Luxembourg database in French and Dutch for key launches
  • Coordinate and organize CRM content assets in collaboration with Guerlain headquarters teams
  • Organize and manage product seeding shipments for Guerlain.com customer activation initiatives
  • Support product forecasting (FAST) reports and monthly analyses
  • Prepare competitive intelligence reports on competitor launches, media campaigns, and digital initiatives
  • Assist with Sell Out analysis and reporting for commercial meetings
  • Manage and organize receipt of field support materials including samples, POSM, and pre-series products
  • Track marketing inventory and analyze market requests from headquarters
  • Provide logistical support to the marketing department
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify new e-commerce opportunities for Guerlain

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of internship or professional experience
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English (Dutch optional but valued)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and structured approach to work
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated attitude with personal initiative
  • Team-oriented and collaborative work style
