Guerlain internship in Paris: Digital & Operational Marketing support for Travel Retail Europe, 6 months from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage updates and maintenance of approximately 100 e-retail sites across Travel Retail Europe clients, ensuring compliance with internal e-merchandising guidelines including assortment updates, visual plans, and storytelling deployment
- Design brand pages and create digital banners using PhotoPea in alignment with brand standards
- Monitor and update social media pages, digital packages, and digital magazines according to house strategy and innovation roadmaps
- Conduct e-retail audits, analyze performance data, and develop actionable improvement plans
- Produce quarterly newsletters for Beauty Consultants in collaboration with the training manager
- Track and analyze internal application statistics (BeGuerlain) for both head office and Beauty Consultant teams
- Create training materials including presentations, brochures, video teasers, and incentive assets; provide operational support
- Produce internal video and visual content for the Travel Retail Europe team including activation teasers and team achievement videos
- Support monthly reporting including sell-out analysis, competitive benchmarking, and budget presentation preparation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in business school, communication programme, or university at Bac+4/5 level
- Demonstrated affinity for digital technologies and new digital platforms
- Fluent in both English and French
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; prior significant experience in digital marketing and/or operational marketing is appreciated. Familiarity with the cosmetics market is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, communications, or related university programme at Bac+4/5 level.
