Role & Responsibilities

  • Deploy Guerlain's commercial strategy and ensure achievement of boutique performance objectives, analyzing KPIs and financial metrics to inform decision-making
  • Design and implement action plans, sales challenges, and strategic partnerships to stimulate boutique performance and maintain competitive advantage
  • Cultivate close relationships with all business partners to drive continuous improvement and performance optimization
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately ten retail associates, fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and professional growth
  • Establish individual and collective objectives, identify training needs, and support capability development across the team
  • Oversee daily boutique operations including welcoming protocols, service leadership, merchandising execution, inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and overall store organization
  • Direct the implementation and enforcement of all boutique processes and standards in alignment with Guerlain's operational requirements
  • Supervise client welcome management to guarantee personalized, individualized service for each client
  • Lead the application of Guerlain's 'Dare to Bee' sales methodology across all team members
  • Monitor NPS scores, Google reviews, and customer feedback systems to ensure flawless client follow-up
  • Ensure 'Retail excellence' standards and compliance with all boutique direction guidelines and selling protocols
  • Develop strategic initiatives for client recruitment, loyalty, and account growth, including conversion rate optimization and clienteling KPI performance
  • Train and mentor team members on advanced clienteling techniques and client relationship management

Qualifications

  • Proven first management experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal intelligence and natural entrepreneurial mindset
