Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the monthly sales forecasting process for a defined product portfolio, ensuring adherence to timelines and completeness of input data.
- Analyze short- and medium-term forecast accuracy, identify variances by market and SKU, and recommend corrective adjustments to improve reliability.
- Manage forecasting for product launches: evaluate launch potential from marketing briefs, challenge market forecasts, and optimise consumption rates.
- Represent Supply Chain in innovation meetings by providing rigorous analysis of forecast quality and contributing to launch readiness.
- Maintain and monitor KPIs at global and market levels using Power BI; drive continuous improvement of forecasting tools and methods.
- Contribute actively to the central S&OP cycle and run demand reviews with local markets, ensuring local S&OP process maturity and cross‑portfolio information sharing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business or equivalent with a specialisation in supply chain or forecasting.
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in supply chain, demand planning or forecasting, preferably within luxury or FMCG.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); professional French advantageous but not explicitly required.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and demonstrable experience with Power BI.
- Strong analytical aptitude, rigorous organisational skills and excellent stakeholder management abilities.
