Guerlain — Demand Planner in Paris. Coordinate monthly forecasts, launch planning and S&OP using Excel and Power BI. Permanent full‑time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the monthly sales forecasting process for a defined portfolio, ensuring calendar adherence and completeness of input data in the forecasting tool.
- Analyze short- and mid-term forecast accuracy and propose product-level adjustments; reconcile gaps between budget and market-valued forecasts.
- Drive launch forecasting: assess potential from marketing briefs, challenge market launch forecasts to improve reliability and optimize sell-through.
- Represent Supply Chain in innovation meetings by providing precise analysis of forecast quality and launch assumptions.
- Monitor and report KPIs per market using Power BI; define and track relevant planning indicators and contribute to continuous improvement of forecasting tools.
- Contribute to central S&OP analyses for the assigned product/market perimeter and animate Demand Reviews with local markets to ensure S&OP maturity and alignment.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or business with a specialization in supply chain or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in supply chain, demand planning or forecasting, ideally within FMCG or luxury beauty.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset, rigorous organisation and effective cross‑functional communication skills.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning, demand planning or forecasting; prior exposure to product launches and S&OP cycles is expected, preferably within fast-moving consumer goods or luxury cosmetics.
Education
