Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the monthly sales forecasting process for recurring product references, ensuring adherence to submission timelines and data completeness within the forecasting tool
- Analyze forecast accuracy for short and medium-term horizons and propose necessary adjustments at product level
- Compare budget versus valued forecast variances by market and product
- Contribute to central S&OP analyses within assigned product and market scope
- Monitor global and market-specific performance indicators via Power BI dashboards with proactive tool improvement initiatives
- Participate in forecast analysis using machine learning methodologies and propose enhancements to forecasting methods
- Define and track relevant performance indicators while mastering Power BI functionality
- Support continuous improvement of forecasting tools and accompany long-term tool transformation initiatives while mastering supply chain forecast processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus five years of equivalent education (engineering or business school with supply chain specialization)
- First professional experience in supply chain or demand planning
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Fluent English communication (oral and written)
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
