Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily capture and validation of sell-out and retail sales data across Guerlain's distribution network, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of uploads to dedicated systems (Data Entry, Newviz, GCP).
• Partner with regional offices and Guerlain subsidiaries to support proper registration of sales data in systems and troubleshoot data quality issues.
• Maintain and enhance the sell-out data collection tools and processes in collaboration with LVMH Beauty Tech project teams.
• Expand coverage of sell-out data available in enterprise systems by identifying and onboarding additional retailer data sources.
• Serve as the custodian of the distribution reference database, ensuring proper setup of retail points-of-sale in ERP, Anaplan, and GCP systems.
• Coordinate with regional markets to maintain and update the point-of-sale reference data in Anaplan, including creation, closure, and attribute modifications.
• Consolidate budget cycle sales and distribution data (actual, 1-year and 3-year forecasts) in collaboration with Financial Control teams.
• Act as primary liaison to LVMH Beauty Tech on data-related transformation initiatives, including Google Cloud Platform migration, Data Entry v2 deployment, Anaplan rollout, and Simplifield implementation.
• Support the development and delivery of performance dashboards and reports to senior leadership.
• Identify and propose continuous improvements to existing data processes and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a business school, engineering school, or university with specialization in Data Science or related field.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI (including DAX and Power Query programming), and SQL.
• Solid understanding of information systems architecture and demonstrated appetite for data governance.
• Proven experience in consulting, project governance, or data transformation roles.
• Fluent in English (required for this role).

Skills

Experience

Entry-level candidates with foundational knowledge of data management and business systems are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in data consulting, project governance, or data reprocessing roles is valued; however, strong analytical acumen and demonstrated ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups is equally important.

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited business school, engineering school, or university program with specialization in Data Science, data analytics, information systems, or equivalent discipline.
