Guerlain Data Business Intelligence Intern, Paris – 6-month transformational role supporting international BI strategy and Google Cloud Platform migration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in international data transformation initiatives focused on sell-out and distribution data reconciliation and valuation
- Support the migration to Google Cloud Platform as part of Guerlain's core data strategy
- Contribute to the redesign and creation of Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Maintain recurring reports while ensuring consistency and reliability of data outputs
- Optimize existing reports to enhance efficiency and business relevance
- Verify data coherence and completeness across market submissions
- Monitor system refresh functionality and alert to operational irregularities
- Provide operational support to regional subsidiaries on sell-out data entry tools
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in engineering, data science, business analytics, or related discipline
- Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX and Power Query modeling)
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)
- Competency in SQL for database queries and analysis
- Fluent English (written and oral, essential for the role)
- First hands-on experience with data analysis tools or project management
- Strong curiosity and rapid learning capability in a transformational technology environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international teams
- Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups (Business Analysts, IT teams, project managers, international markets)

Entry-level experience or demonstrated capability in data analysis, Power BI dashboarding, SQL querying, or project management within a professional or academic setting.
Education
Master's-level degree (Bac +4/5) in engineering, computer science, business analytics, data science, or equivalent discipline, with specialization in Data, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.
