Guerlain is seeking a Data Analyst Intern for a six-month, full-time internship starting in January 2027 at its Paris headquarters. Within the International Digital department’s Data & AI team, the intern will support CRM business intelligence, data quality and customer engagement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support head-office and market teams in adopting CRM business intelligence dashboards and analytical tools.
- Contribute to the BI backlog, including enhancements, prioritization and user feedback.
- Identify actionable insights to optimize activation strategies through ad hoc analyses of customer profiles, purchasing behavior and CRM campaign performance.
- Contribute to the quality, reliability and enrichment of CRM data.
- Help design and deploy training plans to facilitate adoption of data tools.
- Prepare and lead workshops with business teams to understand their needs, identify operational pain points and uncover business opportunities.
- Coordinate exchanges between business teams, Data Engineering and Data Science.
Qualifications
- Final-year student at a business school, engineering school or university, specializing in data or analytical marketing.
- At least 6 months of initial experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficiency with a data visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Good command of English.
- Analytical mindset, strong communication, writing and synthesis skills.
- Teamwork skills and ease communicating with stakeholders from different business functions.
- Curiosity, rigor, business acumen and eagerness to learn.
