Guerlain Paris seeks Data Analyst Intern to join its International Digital direction within the CRM and Data team. Six-month internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to strengthening BI CRM adoption across headquarters and market operations; accompany teams in adopting analytics dashboards and tools
- Manage BI backlog tasks including feature evolution, prioritization, and user feedback integration
- Conduct actionable analyses including customer profiling, purchase behavior analysis, and CRM campaign performance evaluation
- Support the Product Owner in structuring and enhancing the maison's data assets, ensuring CRM data quality, reliability, and enrichment
- Design and deliver training initiatives to facilitate data tool adoption across the organization
- Facilitate workshops with business teams to understand requirements, identify operational pain points, and uncover business opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between business teams, Data Engineering, and Data Science departments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in final year of studies at a business school, engineering school, or university with specialization in data or marketing analytics
- First professional experience as a Data Analyst (minimum 6 months)
- Proficient in data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau)
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and synthesis capabilities
- Demonstrated teamwork competencies and comfort communicating across functional disciplines
- Curious, detail-oriented, and business-minded with genuine eagerness to learn
- Programming language proficiency preferred; Dataiku expertise is valued

Experience
Entry-level; first professional experience as a Data Analyst of approximately 6 months required. Candidates should have foundational exposure to analytics methodologies and business intelligence platforms within a professional context.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate or advanced degree from a business school, engineering school, or university with specialization in data science, analytics, or marketing analytics.
