Guerlain CRM Executive position in Hong Kong SAR offering hybrid work, supporting customer loyalty and engagement initiatives in luxury beauty.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support implementation and monitoring of loyalty campaigns including Guerlain & You Loyalty Program and personalized client initiatives across all customer touchpoints
  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle communication programs with personalized messaging across multiple channels to diverse customer segments
  • Track, analyze, and report on loyalty program and campaign performance while identifying optimization opportunities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute clienteling events, masterclasses, and workshops to enhance customer engagement
  • Manage event logistics including vendor coordination and internal team preparation
  • Provide frontline support for clienteling application issues and facilitate user adoption among retail teams
  • Ensure CRM system data accuracy and completeness by identifying discrepancies and supporting system improvements with IT teams
  • Prepare CRM reports and campaign performance analysis to provide strategic insights

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a support role within CRM, marketing, or customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Adobe Campaign
  • Proficiency with Excel for data organization and reporting
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Experience
