Role & Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the counter team on a daily basis, fostering strong team spirit and acting as a role model in sales, service excellence, and brand representation
• Set and follow up on individual and team objectives through regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations
• Drive and achieve sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) while monitoring KPIs, sell-out performance, and market share
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and implement action plans to increase counter performance
• Ensure successful execution of product launches, in-store animations, and brand events
• Act as the key liaison between Head Office and the counter team, building strong relationships with De Bijenkorf floor and store management
• Deliver and promote the highest level of customer service, leading by example to create a welcoming luxury client experience
• Strengthen client loyalty through personalized service and relationship building while maintaining Guerlain service standards
• Oversee administrative tasks including staff planning, stock management, ordering, and ensure accurate reporting of sales and KPIs
• Maintain optimal stock levels and efficient sell-through while guaranteeing full compliance with merchandising and brand image guidelines
• Maintain clear communication with Guerlain Management and ensure the counter remains aligned with luxury brand standards

Qualifications

• Professional make-up artistry and/or beautician certification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant retail or beauty counter management experience
• Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)
• Good command of English

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail management, beauty counter operations, or equivalent luxury goods sales environment

Education

Professional make-up artistry certification and/or beautician qualification required
