Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the counter team on a daily basis, fostering strong team spirit and accountability
- Act as a role model in sales, service excellence, grooming, and brand representation
- Set and monitor individual and team objectives, conducting regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations
- Drive achievement of sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) and monitor key performance indicators
- Implement action plans to improve sell-out performance, market share, and counter-level KPIs
- Identify opportunities to grow business and increase overall counter performance
- Ensure successful execution of product launches, animations, and in-store events
- Deliver and promote the highest level of luxury customer service
- Lead by example on the shop floor, creating a welcoming and personalized client experience
- Strengthen client loyalty through relationship building and personalized service
- Oversee administrative operations including staff planning, stock management, and ordering
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales, KPIs, and internal metrics
- Maintain optimal stock levels and efficient sell-through aligned with brand standards
- Guarantee full compliance with merchandising and Guerlain luxury brand image guidelines
- Act as key liaison between Head Office, floor management, and the counter team
Qualifications
- Professional make-up artistry and/or beautician certification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail or beauty counter experience
- Proven track record in leading and developing retail teams
- Strong commercial and sales mindset with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)
- Good command of English

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail, beauty counter management, or equivalent customer-facing leadership role.
Education
Professional make-up artistry certification and/or beautician certification required.
