Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the counter team daily to achieve a high-performance, service-oriented culture
- Set, monitor and follow up on individual and team sales objectives; drive sell-out and market share growth
- Oversee day-to-day counter operations including staff planning, stock management, ordering and merchandising compliance
- Deliver outstanding client experiences and reinforce Guerlain service standards through personal example on the sales floor
- Implement product launches, in-store activations and events; liaise with Head Office and store management
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales, KPIs and operational metrics and execute corrective action plans
- Build collaborative relationships with De Bijenkorf floor and store management and internal cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Professional make-up artistry and/or beautician certification
- Fluent Dutch (mandatory) and good command of English
- Minimum 3 years' experience in beauty retail with supervisory or managerial responsibilities
- Proven ability to lead, develop and coach a sales team
- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets

At least 3 years in luxury beauty or cosmetics retail with demonstrated experience managing a counter or small retail team, driving sales and delivering high-end client service.
