Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the counter team daily, fostering cohesion and a strong team culture
- Serve as a role model in sales excellence, service delivery, personal grooming, and brand representation
- Establish and monitor individual and team performance objectives
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations with team members
- Drive and achieve sales targets across daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cycles
- Monitor key performance indicators, sell-out data, and market share
- Implement strategic action plans to increase counter performance and identify growth opportunities
- Oversee product launches, in-store animations, and promotional events
- Maintain liaison between Guerlain Head Office and the counter team
- Build and strengthen relationships with store and floor management
- Deliver and promote the highest standard of customer service
- Lead by example on the shop floor to create a welcoming luxury client experience
- Strengthen client loyalty through personalized service and relationship building
- Ensure consistent application of Guerlain service standards
- Oversee administrative functions including staff planning, stock management, and inventory ordering
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data, KPIs, and internal metrics
- Maintain optimal stock levels and efficient sell-through performance
- Guarantee full compliance with merchandising guidelines and brand image standards
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with Guerlain management
Qualifications
- Professional make-up artistry certification or beautician credential
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail or beauty counter management experience
- Proven track record leading and developing teams in luxury retail environments
- Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated sales achievement
- Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)
- Good command of English
- Deep passion for luxury retail and beauty sectors

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail management, beauty counter operations, or luxury goods environments, with demonstrated success in leading and developing teams.
Education
Professional make-up artistry certification or equivalent beautician training qualification is required.
