The Corporate Communications Project Assistant supports Guerlain’s international communications team with corporate editorial planning, communications distribution, event logistics and market-level strategy deployment. This six-month, full-time internship is scheduled to begin in January 2027 in Paris 1st arrondissement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop the corporate editorial calendar, defining topics and appropriate communication channels in coordination with internal teams.
  • Coordinate distribution of communications materials, including social media posts, press releases and press kits, and newsletters.
  • Manage the logistics of corporate events, including filming, openings and trade shows.
  • Deploy and organize the corporate communications strategy across markets by creating communications kits with guidelines, photos, videos and launch platforms.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a business school, communications or equivalent university qualification at Bac+4/5 level.
  • Previous experience in communications.
  • Strong writing skills and knowledge of social media conventions; digitally savvy.
  • Enthusiastic and creative, with a strong aesthetic sensibility.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
