Guerlain internship: Corporate Communications Project Assistant in Paris. 6-month contract beginning January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain corporate editorial calendars, identifying key messaging themes and appropriate communication channels in coordination with department teams
- Coordinate the distribution of communication materials, including social media posts, press releases, newsletters, and branded content across multiple channels
- Manage logistics and coordination for corporate events including filming productions, inaugurations, trade shows, and brand activations
- Deploy and organize corporate communication strategy across international markets by creating comprehensive communication kits (guidelines, photography, video assets, and platform launch materials)
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in business school, communications, or equivalent university degree (Bac+4 or Bac+5)
- Demonstrated writing excellence and proficiency with social media communication standards
- Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sensibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or first professional experience in communications preferred. Strong conceptual understanding of corporate brand positioning and digital communication channels required.
Education
Student or recent graduate from a business school, communications program, or equivalent university program (Bac+4 or Bac+5 minimum).
