Guerlain internship in Orphin, France: Six-month continuous improvement engineering role in fragrance production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead working groups focused on fragrance packaging process performance across automated and manual production lines
- Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects addressing overconsumption, micro-stoppages, and equipment transitions
- Support short-term actions from daily production meetings, including procedure documentation, visual management implementation, team training, and technical problem analysis
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's-level engineering programme (Bac +5)
- Pragmatic and results-oriented mindset
- Strong preference for field-based assignments with frequent stakeholder interaction
