Guerlain is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer Intern for its cosmetics production site in Chartres. This six-month internship starts in January or February 2027 and focuses on operational excellence, improvement projects, digital tools and production-team training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Structure standards, document processes and contribute to the development of the plant’s Operational Excellence roadmap.
- Lead improvement projects, including 5S, SMED and problem-solving initiatives, alongside production workshops and operational teams.
- Deploy and promote new digital tools to support industrial performance management and monitoring.
- Raise awareness, train and support production teams in continuous improvement methods and tools.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bac+5-level engineering degree.
- Strong interest in hands-on work, including contact with production teams, pragmatism and enthusiasm for the workshop environment.
- Demonstrated interest in new digital tools and the use of technology to optimize processes.
- Rigorous, proactive and naturally able to lead, listen and question existing approaches.
