Guerlain Paris internship: Commercial Coordination Assistant for Export Europe, 6 months, January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for 25 export markets regarding all performance reporting and market data requirements
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing, training, e-retail, merchandising, and finance teams
  • Consolidate and analyse all regional data including sell-in, sell-out, distribution, and business plan figures
  • Provide operational support to Zone Managers and KAM Project Leads on daily commercial activities, project coordination, and business plan updates
  • Lead regional budget presentations and feedback sessions with export markets on sales targets, marketing initiatives, and strategic projects
  • Assist KAM Project Lead in developing digital initiatives across export markets
  • Conduct ad-hoc commercial analysis supporting business decisions regarding A&P budgets, product launches, and assortment planning

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in 4th or 5th year of a business school programme
  • Strong numerical skills with the ability to manage figures for commercial applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in both French and English
