Guerlain Commercial Coordination Internship, Paris | 6-month Export Europe support role starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for 25 Export markets on performance reporting and commercial matters
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with internal teams including marketing, training, e-retail, merchandising, and finance
- Consolidate and analyse regional data and performance metrics (sell-in, sell-out, distribution, business plans)
- Provide operational support to Zone Managers and Key Account Managers, including project coordination and business plan updates
- Lead feedback presentations to Export markets on sales objectives, marketing initiatives, and strategic projects
- Assist the KAM Project Lead in advancing digital transformation initiatives across Export markets
- Conduct ad hoc commercial analyses to support decision-making on advertising budgets, product launches, and assortment strategy
Qualifications
- Enrolled in fourth or fifth year of business school programme
- Strong numerical acumen with ability to leverage financial data in commercial arguments
- Enthusiasm and curiosity with recognised strengths in team collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English and French

No prior experience required; entry-level internship position suitable for final-year business students.
Education
Currently enrolled in fourth or fifth year of a business school programme.
