Guerlain — Paris: Clienteling Project Assistant (6‑month CDD) to support migration to a new clienteling platform and drive retail adoption.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the France Clienteling Project Manager in planning and executing the migration to the new clienteling platform.
- Coordinate deployment activities across retail teams and external partners to ensure timely rollout.
- Run operational project follow‑ups, prepare and lead project meetings and governance committees.
- Design, schedule and deliver training and enablement for retail teams to secure adoption of the new tool.
- Define and manage tactical clienteling campaigns (targeting, configuration, objectives, retail templates) and ensure dissemination via retail channels.
- Monitor campaign and activation performance; produce weekly and monthly performance reports and propose optimisation actions.
- Centralise and track field bug reports and feature requests; liaise with technical teams to follow up on improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the user experience and to the documentation of user guides and support materials.
Qualifications
- Higher education in business, marketing, digital or equivalent (business school or university degree).
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in CRM, clienteling or digital project coordination, ideally in retail.
- Proven experience in deploying or migrating digital tools is highly desirable.
- Strong retail and customer experience sensibility with operational understanding of store needs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate cross‑functional and field teams.
