Role & Responsibilities
- Lead boutique performance: plan, pursue and deliver sales targets and P&L objectives while translating Guerlain's commercial strategy into daily operations.
- Create and model an exceptional client experience; enforce and coach the Guerlain sales method across the team to maximise conversion and client retention.
- Recruit, onboard and develop boutique staff; set individual and team objectives, conduct evaluations and implement coaching and training to raise capability.
- Analyse business KPIs and reporting; design and drive action plans, in-store initiatives and partnerships to improve results and customer metrics (BDD, satisfaction scores).
- Ensure operational excellence: supervise merchandising, stock control, cash and inventory procedures, schedules, payroll administration and supplier/maintenance coordination.
- Manage customer service escalation, complaints and dispute resolution with speed and professionalism to protect brand reputation.
- Maintain boutique image and visual merchandising standards in line with brand directives; collaborate with support teams on seasonal resets and displays.
- Apply and enforce company procedures, risk-management protocols and disciplinary measures in collaboration with HR.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in retail management, ideally within luxury beauty, perfumes or cosmetics.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L in a boutique or department-store environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching capability with demonstrated ability to recruit, motivate and retain high-performing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and client-facing demeanour suited to premium luxury retail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using a business management application or retail POS/back-office system.
- Sound organisational skills, commercial sensitivity and the ability to translate data/KPIs into operational actions.
- Fluent English and the ability to present professionally; discretion and respect for confidentiality.

At least 5 years of progressive retail or boutique management experience, preferably in luxury beauty, perfumes or cosmetics, with demonstrable results in sales growth, team development and operational control.
Education
Secondary education required; degree or diploma in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
