Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and consolidate weekly and monthly performance analysis reports for Guerlain France
• Present key France market performance metrics to the international Business Analysis team
• Draft analytical commentary on business performance for EMEA and international leadership
• Produce monthly KPI synthesis reports summarizing Guerlain's French market performance
• Optimize weekly and monthly reporting summaries to improve analytical efficiency and reliability
• Enhance existing PowerBI dashboards to increase impact, intuitiveness, and visual clarity
• Create ad-hoc PowerBI dashboards to support France leadership's operational monitoring requirements
• Conduct bespoke analyses for the France Direction
• Compile Guerlain inventory status data from French distributors for international BI tracking systems
• Coordinate logistics for new product placements according to retail marketing plans, communicating availability quantities and delivery dates to boutiques
• Provide field team support in resolving operational challenges specific to France
• Support promotional sales organization including pricing, offers, and inventory replenishment strategies
• Contribute to market forecasting initiatives in collaboration with the Business Demand Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree +4/+5 from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and visualization
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated proactive problem-solving ability and persistence in overcoming operational obstacles
• Knowledge of the cosmetics and luxury sector preferred

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Applicants should demonstrate strong foundational competencies in data analysis and Office tools through academic coursework or projects.
