Guerlain Marketing Intern, Paris | 6-month business development role analyzing performance and market strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze business segment and category performance; conduct launch reviews and competitive market analysis
- Formulate strategic recommendations on product assortment, inventory allocation, and market positioning
- Oversee implementation of segment-specific strategies across all customer touchpoints, including catalog optimization, in-store and digital merchandising, digital experiences, and sampling initiatives
- Engage and inform customer experience stakeholders—merchandising, digital, retail, and sales teams—on segment-specific product strategy and category positioning
Qualifications
- Completed or currently pursuing a degree (4–5 years) in commerce, engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Prior professional experience in marketing project management strongly preferred; luxury or beauty sector experience advantageous
- Fluent English proficiency
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
