Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse commercial performance of product lines and categories; conduct launch reviews and monitor competitors and market trends.
- Recommend offer architecture, quantities and assortments based on performance and competitive benchmarking.
- Translate strategic product axes into retail and online execution: catalogue optimisation, in‑store and e‑commerce merchandising, digital experiences, services and sampling strategy.
- Brief and coordinate cross‑functional customer experience contributors (training, merchandising, digital, direct retail) to ensure consistent implementation of category strategy.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 4th or 5th year higher education programme (Master’s level or equivalent) in Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Initial professional experience or internships in marketing project management preferred; luxury or beauty sector experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; proactive and committed.
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, humility and adaptability.
- Analytical appetite and ability to synthesise complex information into clear recommendations.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Available for a full‑time, 6‑month internship beginning July 2026; location: Paris 1er (hybrid working arrangement).

Entry‑level. Prior internships or early experience in marketing project management are desirable; experience in luxury or beauty brands is an advantage.

Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (M1/M2) or equivalent in Business, Engineering or a related field.
