Guerlain is seeking a Business Development Assistant intern to analyze commercial performance, review product launches and market trends, and help implement category strategies across retail and digital touchpoints. This full-time, six-month internship starts in January 2027 and is based in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze performance across business axes and product categories; review launch results, competitor performance, and market trends.
- Recommend product offerings, quantities, assortments, and competitive best practices.
- Ensure business-axis strategies are implemented across all touchpoints, including catalogue optimization, in-store and online merchandising, digital experiences, services, and sampling strategy.
- Inform and engage customer experience stakeholders, including training, merchandising, digital, and direct sales teams, in the strategy for each product category.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or having completed four or five years of higher education in business, engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Ideally, have initial professional experience in marketing project management; experience in the luxury or beauty sectors is an asset.
- Be organized, able to manage priorities and multiple tasks rigorously, proactive, and committed.
- Be enthusiastic, curious, collaborative, considerate, humble, personable, and adaptable.
- Have an interest in analytical assignments and the ability to synthesize information.
- Be fluent in English.
- Have a good command of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience
Beginner-level; initial professional experience in marketing project management is ideally preferred.
Education
Four or five years of higher education in business, engineering, or an equivalent field.
