Guerlain hiring Business Analyst Intern in Paris for Travel Retail & Demand Planning role—six-month internship in luxury cosmetics business intelligence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze Guerlain's global sales performance through regular weekly and monthly reporting in collaboration with international teams to ensure consistent data tracking
- Analyze travel retail performance across Europe and Americas, identify key trends, and communicate weekly insights to senior leadership
- Monitor market evolution and competitive positioning by extracting key insights from industry data panels (Beaute Research, Circana, Generation)
- Conduct strategic market intelligence analyses for travel retail and global markets, identifying emerging trends and competitive movements
- Ensure demand forecast accuracy and alignment with marketing strategies and market-specific requirements through cross-functional coordination
- Facilitate demand planning meetings and S&OP process discussions to drive informed decision-making
- Track and analyze key performance indicators related to forecasting accuracy and business metrics
Qualifications
- Master's 1 or 2 student enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Advanced Excel skills; PowerBIS knowledge is advantageous
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Demonstrated analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Comfort with quantitative data analysis
