Guerlain Paris internship: 6-month Business Analyst role in Demand & Business Intelligence, Jan 2027. Excel, PowerBI, luxury cosmetics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Compile and consolidate weekly and monthly performance reports for Guerlain France, presenting key market data to the international Business Analysis team
- Draft analytical commentary on France market performance for EMEA and international leadership
- Produce monthly KPI summaries and optimize existing tracking syntheses for efficiency and analytical reliability
- Develop and refine PowerBI dashboards to enhance data visualization, intuitiveness, and strategic impact
- Create ad hoc dashboards and analyses to support French Direction decision-making
- Coordinate inventory status compilation from Guerlain distributors across France to feed international BI databases
- Support retail marketing campaign logistics, communicating product availability and distribution timelines to boutiques
- Assist field teams in resolving operational issues and support promotional sales planning (pricing, assortment, offers)
- Collaborate with the Business Demand Manager on market forecasting and supply chain optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bac +4/+5 program in business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree
- Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach
- Knowledge of the cosmetics and luxury sectors is a plus

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Beginners with strong analytical aptitude and interest in luxury cosmetics operations are encouraged to apply.
Education
