Guerlain Paris internship: 6-month Business Analyst role in Demand & Business Intelligence, Jan 2027. Excel, PowerBI, luxury cosmetics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Compile and consolidate weekly and monthly performance reports for Guerlain France, presenting key market data to the international Business Analysis team
  • Draft analytical commentary on France market performance for EMEA and international leadership
  • Produce monthly KPI summaries and optimize existing tracking syntheses for efficiency and analytical reliability
  • Develop and refine PowerBI dashboards to enhance data visualization, intuitiveness, and strategic impact
  • Create ad hoc dashboards and analyses to support French Direction decision-making
  • Coordinate inventory status compilation from Guerlain distributors across France to feed international BI databases
  • Support retail marketing campaign logistics, communicating product availability and distribution timelines to boutiques
  • Assist field teams in resolving operational issues and support promotional sales planning (pricing, assortment, offers)
  • Collaborate with the Business Demand Manager on market forecasting and supply chain optimization initiatives

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bac +4/+5 program in business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach
  • Knowledge of the cosmetics and luxury sectors is a plus
