Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement an omnichannel editorial and content strategy that amplifies the brand narrative across product axes, heritage, arts & culture, sustainability and corporate communications.
  • Develop and refine the visual identity and tone of voice for launches, campaigns and key moments, ensuring alignment by product line, territory and channel.
  • Produce creative briefs, visual research and benchmarks to inform internal creative teams and external agencies.
  • Oversee production of social and short-form content (TikTok, Instagram), including participation in short video creation and montage (e.g., CapCut).
  • Coordinate end-to-end creative projects — from conception and planning to delivery — and manage production schedules, shoot follow-ups, feedback cycles and deliverables.
  • Manage global brand content budgets and ensure cost control across productions and agency partnerships.
  • Line-manage and coach a small content team (two Brand Content Project Managers), fostering skills development and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Liaise closely with internal stakeholders (Art Direction, Marketing Development, E‑business, Retail) and external partners to guarantee content cohesion and quality.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in business, communications, art or equivalent university qualification.
  • Approximately 8–9 years of progressive experience in brand content, editorial or creative roles within luxury or premium consumer brands, with demonstrated team management and budget responsibility.
  • Proven autonomy, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities proactively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, rigor, discretion and a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
