Guerlain Boutique Store Manager — Guangzhou (Tianhe) role leading boutique operations, sales and client experience for the luxury perfume & cosmetics house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the brand ambassador in-store, delivering exemplary clientelling and nurturing long-term customer relationships to reinforce Guerlain’s brand image.
- Plan, drive and achieve store sales targets and key performance indicators through commercial initiatives and daily execution.
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction across all touchpoints.
- Recruit, coach and develop boutique team members; conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement and development plans.
- Oversee store cash handling and inventory control; maintain accurate financial and stock records.
- Lead and coordinate assigned business and administrative tasks to ensure timely completion and compliance with company procedures and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Passion for retail with a strong interest in perfumes and cosmetics; prior experience in luxury beauty retail is preferred.
- Minimum three years' experience in sales management or store leadership preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership with strong organizational, coordination and team-building capabilities.
- High sense of responsibility, proactivity and continuous learning orientation; meticulous and service-focused attitude.
- Ability to perform under pressure, accept additional responsibilities and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Full-time tertiary qualification (associate degree or above).
- Professional grooming standards: no visible facial or other exposed-area scars or tattoos.
- Standard Mandarin pronunciation required.

Experience
Preferably at least 3 years of progressive retail sales management experience, ideally within perfume, cosmetics or luxury retail environments.
Education
Full-time associate degree (大专) or higher.
