Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage stock replenishment orders using automated replenishment tools and handle specific order requests across assigned boutique locations
• Monitor product launches to ensure on-time shelf placement and adherence to specified quantities
• Coordinate inter-boutique transfers and manage back-of-house storage organization on sales floors
• Maintain optimal stock levels while preventing overstocking, stockouts, and managing product phaseouts and new catalog additions
• Execute annual and rolling inventory counts and track key performance indicators including Days of Inventory (DOI), stock value, presence rates, and inventory variance
• Ensure strict compliance with Guerlain stock procedures and partner retail chains' requirements across all locations
• Enforce stock management protocols with boutique managers and sales associates through training and quality audits
• Proactively identify process improvements and communicate essential product and stock information to boutique teams
• Serve as primary liaison between boutique stockists, managers, and the network management team
• Interface with logistics counterparts at partner retail chains and department stores
• Share best practices across the stockist team and support the onboarding of new stockists
• Contribute to overall team organization and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• BTS-level diploma or equivalent professional qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated experience in a similar stock management or inventory coordination role
• Service-oriented mindset suited to a luxury environment
• Results-focused approach with strong attention to detail
• Meticulous, methodical, and organized work style with high integrity
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Skills

Experience

First hands-on experience in a similar stock management or inventory coordination role is required. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with boutique or retail stock operations and a commitment to mastering luxury service standards.

Education

BTS-level qualification (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) or equivalent professional education in supply chain, logistics, or retail operations.
