Guerlain is seeking a Boutique Stock Associate for a full-time, fixed-term contract in Paris. The role coordinates boutique replenishment and inventory, ensures stock procedures are followed, and supports customer service across the assigned boutique network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track replenishment orders proposed by the automatic replenishment tool and place specific orders.
- Monitor new product launches, ensuring launch dates and quantities are respected.
- Participate in inter-boutique transfers.
- Help organize stockrooms and storage areas on the sales floor.
- Monitor appropriate stock levels, including overstock, stockouts, new products and catalogue delistings, using inventory KPIs such as DOI, stock value, availability rate and inventory discrepancies.
- Participate in annual and rolling inventories.
- Apply Guerlain procedures and those of retail partners and department stores.
- Ensure boutique managers and sales advisors follow Guerlain stock procedures.
- Propose improvements to procedures and take a proactive role in their development.
- Communicate essential product and stock information to the entire boutique team.
- Help share best practices within the stock team.
- Plan and manage supplies for boutiques within the assigned area, under the Regional Manager and in collaboration with boutique managers.
- Put customer service at the centre of all actions by ensuring stock processes and procedures are implemented.
- Represent and communicate Guerlain’s values as an ambassador of the Maison.

- Initial experience in a similar position required.

- Rigorous, methodical and organized, with integrity and good communication skills.
