Guerlain seeks a Boutique Manager in Warsaw, Poland — temporary full‑time role leading a luxury cosmetics boutique and its sales, team and operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales performance and profitability, monitor KPIs and implement corrective action plans to meet targets.
- Plan and execute commercial activities, launches and in‑store events in close collaboration with head office; manage internal and external communications to maximise impact.
- Lead client acquisition, retention and CRM initiatives; ensure exemplary service standards and a world‑class client experience across all touchpoints.
- Recruit, coach and develop the boutique team; conduct performance reviews, manage rotas and foster a motivated, sales‑oriented culture.
- Oversee daily boutique operations including stock management (front and back of house), merchandising, cash and IT procedures, and health & safety compliance.
- Analyse sales data to optimise assortment, stock levels and sell‑through; provide accurate reporting and commercial recommendations to the head office.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail management, ideally within luxury retail or premium cosmetics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets and executing successful brand events.
- Demonstrable leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop and manage a sales team.
- Excellent commercial acumen, analytical capability and experience using CRM and reporting tools.
- Fluent written and spoken Polish and English.

Experience
At least 3 years of retail management experience with demonstrated success in sales growth, team leadership and boutique operations; prior experience in luxury cosmetics or premium beauty is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education or vocational training in business, retail management, hospitality or cosmetology is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland.
