Guerlain Stuttgart seeks an experienced Boutique Manager to lead its exclusive boutique with team leadership and luxury sales expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the boutique and counter operations autonomously, directing team performance to exceed Guerlain's exclusive standards and retail KPIs while managing personnel scheduling and resource allocation
  • Motivate and mentor team members by exemplifying passion for luxury cosmetics, fostering an exceptional work environment, and driving collective excellence
  • Deliver personalized, expert beauty consultations and create memorable customer experiences that exceed client expectations
  • Develop and execute point-of-sale promotional initiatives, implement creative in-store concepts, and continuously optimize operational workflows
  • Cultivate an exclusive, loyal clientele through relationship-building strategies and innovative customer retention programs
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and revenue targets; analyze data to inform strategic decisions and prepare regular reporting
  • Maintain a luxury brand image through meticulous execution of Guerlain's merchandising guidelines and visual standards

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a cosmetician, in retail, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in premium or luxury retail sectors with team leadership responsibilities
  • Fluent German and good English; additional languages advantageous
  • Empathetic and practice-oriented leadership style
  • High affinity for luxury products and proven sensitivity to market trends
  • Deep understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury market landscape
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in KPI interpretation and data-driven decision-making
