Guerlain Stuttgart – Boutique Manager (m/w/d), full-time permanent retail leadership role in luxury beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the boutique team with emphasis on achieving retail KPIs and sales targets whilst maintaining exclusive Guerlain standards
- Inspire and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and cultivate a collaborative, high-performance work environment
- Develop and execute point-of-sale promotional initiatives and creative merchandising concepts aligned with Guerlain brand identity
- Build and maintain an exclusive, high-value customer base through personalized service, clienteling strategies, and long-term relationship development
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and produce regular reporting to optimize operational efficiency and profitability
- Ensure meticulous implementation of Guerlain merchandising guidelines and uphold the luxury brand image across all customer touchpoints
- Manage personnel scheduling and resource allocation to maximize team productivity and customer service delivery
Qualifications
- Completed professional qualification in cosmetics, retail, or equivalent credential
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in premium or luxury retail environment
- Proven track record in team leadership and P&L management
- Fluent German and proficient English; additional languages advantageous
- Demonstrated affinity for luxury products and acute awareness of beauty market trends
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in KPI interpretation and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with natural ability to influence and persuade
- Service-oriented mindset with genuine enthusiasm for engaging discerning clientele
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in premium or luxury retail, with demonstrated expertise in team management and sales leadership within the fashion, cosmetics, or luxury goods sectors.
Education
Completed professional qualification in cosmetics, retail management, or equivalent commercial education.
