Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the boutique team to achieve retail KPIs and revenue targets whilst maintaining Guerlain's exclusive standards
- Inspire and motivate staff by modelling excellence, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and execute sales-driving initiatives at point of sale, implement creative campaigns, and continuously optimise operational procedures
- Build and nurture an exclusive, high-value customer base through personalised engagement and innovative loyalty programmes
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and financial metrics; prepare regular reports and actionable insights for revenue optimisation
- Oversee visual merchandising and brand presentation in line with Guerlain guidelines, ensuring meticulous attention to luxury aesthetic standards
- Manage team scheduling, resource planning, and personnel development to support boutique operations
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in cosmetics, retail, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in premium or luxury retail
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management
- Fluent German and proficient English; additional languages advantageous
- Strong affinity for luxury products and trend awareness
- Extroverted personality with confident presence and exceptional sales and communication skills
- Empathetic and practice-oriented leadership style

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in premium or luxury retail with demonstrated team leadership responsibilities. Prior exposure to the beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or luxury goods sector is strongly preferred. Candidates should display an analytical mindset, comfort with performance metrics, and proven motivation to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Education
Completed vocational training (apprenticeship or equivalent) in cosmetology, retail management, or a comparable professional qualification.
