Guerlain seeks a Boutique Manager in Stuttgart, Germany — full‑time Store Manager role leading a luxury beauty boutique and team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the boutique team to deliver Guerlain’s service and sales standards, including hiring, coaching and personnel planning.
- Own boutique P&L performance: set and achieve retail KPIs and sales targets, monitor results and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through high‑level product advisory, personalised services and long‑term relationship building (clienteling).
- Conceive and execute POS activation and sales‑driving initiatives; drive visual merchandising to preserve a luxury brand image.
- Produce regular sales and KPI reporting, analyse trends and translate insights into actionable plans to optimise performance.
- Foster an inspiring workplace culture, act as a role model and motivate the team to maintain high standards of hospitality and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Vocational qualification in cosmetology/beauty, retail or equivalent commercial training.
- Proven track record in premium or luxury retail with demonstrated people‑management experience.
- Empathetic, practice‑oriented leadership style with ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong commercial acumen and comfortable working with sales targets and KPI analysis.
- High affinity for luxury cosmetics, strong trend awareness and an eye for merchandising detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; confident customer approach and sales ability.

Experience
Minimum three years' experience in premium or luxury retail, including direct responsibility for team leadership and achievement of sales targets.
Education
Vocational qualification in cosmetology, retail or a comparable commercial qualification.
