Guerlain seeks a Boutique Manager in Paris to lead boutique operations and client experience for its Parfums & Cosmétiques maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all day-to-day operations of the Paris boutique, ensuring compliance with brand standards and merchandising directives.
- Drive commercial performance by implementing the Maison’s retail strategy, monitoring KPIs, producing regular reports and proposing actionable plans to increase sales and conversion.
- Own the client experience: cultivate a memorable, service-led environment, deploy Guerlain’s sales methodology and oversee clienteling, VIC follow-up and satisfaction metrics.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop the boutique sales team through regular briefs, individual follow-ups, training plans and performance evaluations.
- Manage operational budgets (temporary staff, store expenses), ensure adherence to procedures (cash, stock management, audits) and coordinate maintenance activities with the operations team.
- Collaborate closely with head office functions (trade marketing, merchandising, retail performance, spa team) to execute in-store events, promotions and merchandising sets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in team management within luxury retail.
- Fluency in English (indispensable); strong interpersonal and client-service orientation.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset and ability to analyse retail KPIs.
- Proven leadership: ability to recruit, motivate, develop and retain high-performing teams.
- Excellent organisational skills, adaptability and capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Experience
Minimum five years of demonstrated experience managing teams in a luxury retail environment with responsibility for commercial targets and boutique operations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in retail, business, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
