Guerlain Boutique Manager
Guerlain seeks a Boutique Manager in Hamburg (Alsterhaus) to lead the boutique team, drive luxury retail sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Hamburg boutique and counters, setting the standard for service, presentation and performance in line with Guerlain guidelines.
- Own retail KPIs and sales targets; implement staff rotas and resource planning to deliver operational excellence.
- Inspire and coach the team as a visible role model, fostering motivation, product knowledge and high-performance selling.
- Design and execute point-of-sale initiatives and visual merchandising to maximise conversion and enhance the luxury brand experience.
- Build, maintain and grow an exclusive client base through personalised clienteling and long-term retention strategies.
- Monitor sales, analyse performance data and produce regular reports to identify opportunities and corrective actions.
- Safeguard and elevate the brand image through meticulous implementation of Guerlain merchandising and store standards.
Qualifications
- Vocational qualification in cosmetology, retail or an equivalent credential.
- Proven professional experience in premium or luxury retail with responsibility for team leadership.
- Empathetic, hands-on leadership style with demonstrated ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Fluent German and good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong affinity for luxury beauty products and informed sense for trends in cosmetics and fashion.
- Confident, extroverted presence with excellent sales and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with practical experience using KPIs to drive actions and results.
- High service orientation and enjoyment in working with discerning clientele; strong attention to detail and creativity.

Experience
Demonstrable experience in premium or luxury retail environments with responsibility for leading a team and achieving sales targets; experience in boutique management and client development is required.
Education
Vocational qualification in cosmetology, retail or an equivalent professional qualification.
