Guerlain seeks a Boutique Manager for its exclusive Düsseldorf boutique. Lead luxury retail operations, team, and sales in a permanent full-time role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the boutique with autonomy, directing the team toward exceptional performance in accordance with Guerlain's exclusive retail standards
  • Establish an inspiring work environment and implement retail KPIs and sales targets, including personnel scheduling and resource allocation
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and motivator, embodying Guerlain's luxury positioning and cultivating team cohesion
  • Curate unforgettable customer experiences through expert consultation and service excellence at the highest level
  • Develop and execute point-of-sale promotional initiatives and creative merchandising strategies to drive incremental sales
  • Build and nurture a distinguished clientele base, establishing long-term relationships and innovating customer loyalty programs
  • Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators with precision, optimizing processes and producing regular analytical reports
  • Maintain immaculate brand presentation and visual merchandising in alignment with Guerlain's guidelines and aesthetic standards

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in cosmetology, retail management, or an equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in premium or luxury retail environments
  • Proven expertise in team leadership and personnel management
  • Fluent German and proficient English; additional languages advantageous
  • Deep affinity for luxury products with a refined sense of emerging trends
  • Substantive knowledge of cosmetics, fashion, and luxury market dynamics
  • Extroverted personality with confident bearing and exceptional communication and consultative selling skills
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated competency in KPI interpretation and data-driven decision-making
