Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the boutique team, ensuring an inspiring work environment and implementation of Guerlain’s service standards.
- Own sales performance and retail KPIs: set targets, drive execution, monitor results and implement corrective actions.
- Plan and manage personnel scheduling, recruitment support and team development to optimise boutique coverage and performance.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised consultations, clienteling and long-term relationship building.
- Develop and execute POS activations and sales-driving initiatives, aligning promotional plans with merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain luxurious brand presentation and ensure strict adherence to Guerlain visual merchandising and operational standards.
- Analyse sales data and prepare regular reports to inform decisions and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a beautician/cosmetician, retail qualification, or equivalent professional credential.
- Minimum three years’ relevant experience in premium or luxury retail with demonstrated team leadership.
- Fluent German and strong working knowledge of English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing retail KPIs.
- Strong customer service orientation and proven ability to cultivate high-value client relationships.
- Confident, extroverted presence with excellent communication and sales skills.

Education
Vocational qualification in cosmetology/beauty, retail or equivalent professional certification.
