Guerlain Paris boutique internship: 4-week seasonal retail support role, November–December. Client service & store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients and direct them to appropriate sales advisors
- Present and propose Guerlain's services and product offerings to clients
- Ensure product displays align with the Maison's merchandising standards
- Communicate and promote the brand's loyalty programme to clients
- Prepare gift wrapping and personalized product customizations for clients
- Prepare and process customer orders
