Guerlain Boutique Internship, Strasbourg: Four-week seasonal retail internship with Guerlain's luxury fragrance and cosmetics maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, directing them to sales consultants as appropriate
- Present and promote the range of services and products offered by Guerlain
- Ensure product displays align with merchandising standards and guidelines
- Introduce clients to the loyalty programme and its benefits
- Prepare gift-wrapped packages and personalized product offerings
- Prepare and process customer orders
